Film
Tristan and Liya met four years ago on the internet. Out of sight, close to mind, they are getting back on track with a joint project which was put on hold after a recent row.
Jean-Baptiste Georjon
Born in Saint-Étienne and based in Paris, Jean-Baptiste Georjon is a filmmaker, video artist and photographer. Trained in the social sciences (Université Lumière Lyon II), photography and video (Arts décoratifs de Paris) and exhibition curating (Beaux-Arts de Paris), his artistic research pays particular attention to documentary images – whether archival, found or gleaned – and the ways in which they are disseminated, transmitted and shared. He is interested in the potential for fiction that emerges from documentary situations, and more particularly in the conditions of existence of events, news stories and communities in the broadest sense.
