Built on reclaimed land 60 km from Seoul in the region of Incheon, New Songdo City has been designed as the first ubiquitous city in the world. New Songdo, which is still being built, has been imagined as an experimental ground for every new technology possible and imaginable: "Global business utopia". Does this city exist? Does is offer more than it takes from man, from nature?
Does man still have the choice to say no to an omnipresent computer presence dispersed in the environment?
