Le Fresnoy, Studio national des arts contemporains is a a post-graduate art and audiovisual research centre which offers a two year course for advanced students. The teaching programme is mainly based on the creation of full-scale works using professional standard equipment. Le Fresnoy is also a contemporary art centre which presents three majors exhibitions a year, and notably, in June/July under the generic title "Panorama", all the productions of the young artists and guest artist-professors, as well as a regular programme alternating independent films, expositions, concerts and performances.
